what do you guys do in shooting? >>>ermm, shoot?!?
what's the training like? >>>there's coaching, individual practice and PT
you guys have PT too? for what? >>>ugh, what do you mean for what?!
i mean, its not like you really need a lot of strength to shoot right? >>>HUH. that's what you think!
